REWINDING DEVICE WITH / WITHOUT CORE (FOR C2)

Equipped with automatic rewinding devices which are capable of performing winding with core and winding without core.
Respective tension controls for A, B lines.
Equal winding tightness for A, B lines.
Equipped with automatic shutdown setting while encountering roll changing abnormalities. (Including excessive winding-tightness, core-loading abnormality and the abnormality on clutch of turntable.)
Warnings signal under core shortage.
Being capable of performing auto roll replacing settings while the winding of previous roll has completed.

S TYPE & T-SHIRT PERFORATION UNIT

T-shirt bag waste collecting system: Applying 2 motors to control the waste collecting system, which ensure that the waste part of T-shirts can be eliminated precisely under high speed.
By applying the high-pressured blower, the wastes can be automatically collected to the waste collector.
Punching mold replacing: Using magnetism to stuck the punching mold so that it is much easier and rapid to replace the punching molds.
Being capable of producing different types of bags such as T-shirt bag, star sealed bag with S perforation

HOT SLITTING & GUSSET UNIT (FOR S2)

Special designed servo-driven feeding system which is easy for operation.
Equipped with multi auto safety devices including alarms and automatic shutdown settings.
Independent temperature control
Equipped with automatic tension control to ensure the stability of film feeding.

UNWIND UNIT WITH INVERTER FEEDING MOTOR(FOR TR, TR+C2)

The machine is able to run two lines.
Equipped with two tension racks to control the tension of two jumbo rolls respectively.
With AC inverter motor.
Equipped with auto shutdown settings under film shortage and also bag- pressing settings under film disconnecting.
Equipped with heavy duty air shaft to control the bag-pressing motor and jumble roll.
