MANUFACTURE OF SOFT LOOP CARRIER BAGS AND POLY DRAW CARRIER BAGS
At the rear, one unwind station for the polyethylene handle film. The film width is identical to the loop length. The film is cut into narrow strips, and fed into the top fold.
The flexible handle film feeding system is driven by pneumatic control.
The film for th Poly Draw Handle should be pre-slit to width and automatically fed into the top folds of the carrier bag by special forming tool.
PHOTOCELL CONTROL AND PRE-SEALING STATION
This series of machine uses Erwin Sick Photocells for pricise control of print image to the side weld. Additional stability of the side weld in the area of the bottom gusset and top gusset by the pre-sealing station for the four layers of film.
UNWIND SYSTEMS AND TOP FOLD
The unwind unit is equipped with a pneumatic hydraulic web guide control system. The maximum reel diameter is 90m and maximum film width 85cm, maximum reel weight 150 kgs.
For converting sheet film a folding unit can be purchased to run in-line with the machine. A low friction top folding device for a single side or two sides fold through a system of folding rollers with guide plates is fitted. The whole unit is well designed for ease of operation and low maintenance.
HANDLE PUNCH
The pneumatically controlled handle punch is equipped with knife type cutter designed for long service life and easy exchange operation.

The patch handle film feeding system is driven pneumatically. The reel of patch film is fed, cut and welded automatically to the top central position of the PE Carrier Bag.S
