At the rear are two unwinding stations for the polyethylene handle film. The film width is identical to the loop length. The film is cut into narrow strips, and fed into the top fold. The flexible handle film feed, push out and welding systems are separately driven by three servo motors. The roll of film is fed, cut and automatically welded to the precise center of the carrier bag.

The conveyor belt will automatically decelerate while producing soft loop handle bags. The finished product will fall in line for convenience collection. The conveyor belt is stopped while producing the die cut handle bag. The finished product is pc by pc overlapped on the conveyor table. The machine will auto stop when bag quantity reached, and the conveyor table will move again for the next stack.
