当封刀需清理时、可将袋子整迭设备移开、封刀可翻转固定来清理、具安全性、保养更容易、冲孔台移动以空压缸驱动

SERVO FEEDING CONTROL SYSTEM & PRINTING PHOTO CELL

The newly designed big monitor servo feeding control system can manage the "Set Up" data with high speed. The unique designed printing bag control system enhance the productivity, and easy operate.

HYDRAULIC UNWIND DEVICE

1. Hydraulic rack to lift the jumbo film roll automatically.
2. Equipped with heavy duty air craft.
3. The maximum diameter of the film roll is 100 cm.
4. The maximum weight of the film roll is 600 kgs.
5. Provide auto tension control for driving the film by AC motor. Unwind speed is auto control, following the machine speed.

HOT SLITTING DEVICE

1.Direct heating designed for the hot slitting.
2.The temperature of heating is adjustable.
3.Provide high hot-slitting output.
4.Easy maintenance.
5.Adjustable speed according to the size of the film.

POST GUSSET DEVICE
Authentic post gusset design to provide the quick, easy and accurate adjustment on the gusseting depth and the edge angle of gusseting.
