A laying table allows the operator to lay flat the plates, ensuring higher level of accuracy and speed. It allows wide plates to be mounted with easier level of handling and higher level of precision. The front section of the table can be pulled forward giving more accessibility to the cylinder while wiping down the plates manually.

PLATE LAY DOWN ROLLER:
While the plate is in position, a laying roller is manually lowered to the central part of the plate, it evenly presses the plate onto the print cylinder, removing air bubbles and ensuring trueness of mounting. This system is ideal for larger plates, ensures a consistent wipe down pressure, free of air bubble and avoids plate damage.

STAND FOR DOUBLE SIDE ADHESIVE TAPE:
It gives the double side adhesive tape to be attached to cylinders with constant tension, without air bubbles and creases. It is also considerable time-saving while mounting. Suitable tape in width: Max. 1200mm.
