High speed perforation printing bag on roll with big core making machine, synchronic transmission by 4 servo motor control system, providing stable production speed.

Fully automatic electrical control system.

Independent temperature control for up and down sealing knife, no need to change the sealing knife whenever bottom sealing bag or double sealing bag is required.

Sealing knife and perforation knife move simultaneously.

Production of printed bags and plain bags, average production speed is 120 m/min, 240 cycles/min.

Production of star seal bags, garbage bags, vegetable bags, table cloths, and laundry bags.

Suitable material is HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and recycled material.

HYDRAULIC UNWIND DEVICE

Hydraulic rack to lift the jumbo film roll automatically.

Equipped with heavy duty air shaft.

Maximum diameter of film roll is 100 cm.

Maximum weight of film roll is 600 KG.

Auto tension control for driving the film by AC motor. Unwind speed is auto control, following the machine speed.

SPECIAL SEALING KNIFE SYSTEM

Sealing knife includes the Circulated Cooling System to inhibit deformation of sealing knife.

Special design of turn over type sealing knife, easy to maintain.

The sealing unit entire system is synchronically controlled by 4 servo motors to achieve high speed production.

REWIND UNIT SYSTEM (FOR BIG CORE ONLY)

Double rewinding shaft, automatic changing rewind function.

Product width: 300mm~800mm.

Inner core diameter: 2.5” ~6” (Optional).
