HIGH SPEED FULLY AUTOMATIC BOTTOM SEALING MACHINE FOR CORELESS BAGS ON ROLLS.

For bag on roll machine, specially designed for the production of bags on rolls with bottom sealing and perforation allow the production at high speed from two independent rolls with folded in extrusion. Materials in polyethylene HD, LD, LLD and regenerated.

The sealing system design by using of a continuous drum and with variable Length can be changed, allows the possibility of measures change from 285mm to 1840mm with a minimum changing.

The sealing time is longer which is allow a working system of the sealers at low temperature that guarantees the sealing quality in all the bags. The perforation is made in the sealing station avoiding problems of distance variation with the sealings.
