HYDRAULIC UNWIND DEVICE
1.Hydraulic rack to lift the jumbo film roll automatically.
2.Equipped with heavy duty air craft.
3.The maximum diameter of the film roll is 100 cm.
4.The maximum weight of the film roll is 600 kgs.
5.Provide auto tension control for driving the film by AC motor. Unwind speed is auto control, following the machine speed.
SERVO FEEDING CONTROL SYSTEM & PRINTING PHTOT CELL
The newly designed big monitor servo feeding control system can manage the "Set Up" data with high speed. The unique designed printing bag control system enhance the productivity, and easy operate.
HOT SLITTING DEVICE
1.Direct heating designed for the hot slitting.
2.The temperature of heating is adjustable.
3.Provide high hot-slitting output.

POST GUSSET DEVICE
Authentic post gusset design to provide the quick, easy and accurate adjustment on the gusseting depth and the edge angle of gusseting.
SEALING KNIFE "TURNOVER" DEVICE
The Newly Designed Structure of Sealing Knife
When clean the Sealing Knife, it can move the whole stack bags away, and the sealing knife can turn over for clean. This ensures the safety and keeps the maintenance easy. Meanwhile, the punching device is driven by air cylinder.
