This Machine is specially designed for the single roll printed T-shirt bag to produce three lines of T-shirt bags, fully automatic speed control and easy to operate.

INDEPENDENT TYPE PNEUMATIC UNWIND DEVICE

Automatic pneumatic unwind system to save man power.

Maximum diameter 120 cm designed to reduce "stop slap time".

Equipped with independent various-speed rolling shaft.

FILM ROLL EPC TURNING ADJUSTMENT AND INDEPENDENT TENSION CONTROL

The film roll can be slightly adjusted to the accurate position automatically by photo cell control. Do not need to move the film roll to stop the machine, easy to operate.

Each line of the three lines of film rolls is equipped with independent auto tension control. Do not need the manual adjustment.

Special design with a view to keep the punching hold clamping at the suitable place. It can remain the bottom of the bag well-arranged in block.

We use the auto conveyor belt to collect the punching waste for easy collection.

Automatic electronic control. Use pluging type IC circuit for easy replacing.

The machine will automatically stop when the following situations happen.
1. The bags become jammed or over lapped.
2. The print is in inaccurate position.

To adopt the system of the pneumatic control and punching the hole by hydraulic & pneumatic pressure cylinder. Low consume-electric, noiseless, no pollution, smooth running & perfect punching.

SEALING KNIFE "TURNOVER" DEVICE
The Newly Designed Structure of Sealing Knife
When clean the sealing knife, it can move the whole stack bags away, and the sealing knife can turn over for cleanness. This ensures the safety and maintenance easy. Meanwhile, the punching device is driven by air cylinder.
