UNWIND SYSTEMS AND TOP FOLD:
The unwind unit is equipped with a pneumatic hydraulic web quite control system. The maximum reel diameter is 90cm and maximum film width 85cm. maximum reel weight 150kgs. For converting sheet film, a folding unit can be purchased to run in-line with the machine. A low friction top folding device for a single or twin sided fold through a system of folding rollers with quite plates is fitted. The whole unit is well designed for ease of operation and low maintenance. |

PHOTO-CELL CONTROL
PRE-VARMING STATION
:
This series of machine uses Erwin Sick Photocell for precise control of print image to the side weld. Additional stabilisation of the side weld in the area of the bottom gusset and top gusset by the pre-sealing station for the four layers of film. |

THE MANUFACTURE OF THE SOFT LOOP CARRIER BAGS:
At the rear, one unwind station for the ployethylene handle film. The film width is identical to the loop length. The film is cut into narrow strips, and fed into the top fold. The flexible handle film feeding system is driven by pneumatic control. The roll of film is fed, cut and welded automatically and is precisely positioned to the center of the carrier bag. |

HEM SEALING SYSTEM:
The longitudinal is continuously sealing by wire hear which is available for adjusting after top folding. The size of bag is easy changed, no limit. |
