The most advanced generation of super high-speed, stack type flexo printing machine (HM-FP-OD series) crystallized by our R&D team’s endeavor work from years of evolution in printing industry. The machines are designed with economical materials for ink rollers, doctor blades and printing rollers.

The advantages of this series satisfy obverse and reverse printing needs while achieving the shortest production time, enhanced productivity, and lower costs.

The frame of the machine is reinforced to avoid vibration while operating in high speed.

Precise teeth belt drive; provides a silent operating environment.

Super-fine printing control system.

Obverse and reverse side printing function.

Provide sufficient space in each station for easy doctor blade installation and maintenance.

Auto tension control system for double-decked unwind and rewind unit.

Newly designed wind tunnel with drying system for high speed operation.

Full color LCD touch-screen operation panel.
TOUCH-SCREEN OPERATION PANEL:
Operators are able to control the computer system from a large full-color LCD touch panel.

*OD series: colored touth screen

*E-OR & E-OD series: black and white touch screen
DOUBLE UNWINDING STATIONS:
Both unwinder stations are separately controlled by a servomotor. Automatic tension control system and E.P.C. are activated simultaneously.
DOUBLE RE-WINDING STATIONS:
Both rewinders are individually driven by a servomotor as well. Due to the cleverly matchup between our fully automatic tension control system and edge guider, the film is able to be rewinded perfectly.

*Half-tone printing is made by OD series printing machine.
PRINTING STATIONS:
All printing stations have a micrometric adjustment system for accurate printing registration. The main transmission uses teeth type belt, driven by a precision pulley. It is able to obtain super fine print quality and a silent operating environment during high-speed operations. (Doctor blade is optional.)

PRINTING STATIONS WITH DOCTOR BLADE CHAMBER SYSTEM (OD series):
All the ceramic rollers are imported and precisely engraved by laser. Each set of ceramic rollers are equipped with a doctor blade chamber and our exclusive design of ink circulation system. Integrating these units together is able to advance the printing quality to another level.
