AMA MACHINERY, with investment from HEMINGSTONE MACHINERY, designs and produces these high performance film blowing machines. Models AM-65LG-1500 and AM-65HG-1500 are driven via a computer controlled inline AC servo (this device is optional on other models.) This system provides extremely simple, stable and convenient operations.
This series of plastic film blowing machines truly meets customer production requirements. They increase worker efficiency, and absolutely minimize wasted materials. The result is a smoother transition to the final bag making and printing processes.

INFLATION MACHINE GENERAL SYSTEM:
A very special design of the air ring on this line blows an even volume of air at every point along the film. This creates an especially effective thickness control of the film, and improves ease of operation. |

COMPUTER CONTROLLED OPERATING SYSTEM:
The AC servo motor drive is automatically computer controlled and very easy to operate. Typical control displays include current production line speed, production output, and a meter count. Standard on the 65 LG/HG, optional on other models. |

BACK TO BACK STATION REWINDER WITH HIGH PLATFORM (Optional)
The computer controlled fully automatic rewinder automatically cuts the film when it reaches the prescribed length. Next, a hydraulic arm unloads the film, making it ready to be moved to the next stage of production. An optional slitting unit can also be added on to the film rewinder. |

EXTRUDER:
Standard on the AM-65LG-1500 and AM-65HG-1500 models (optional on other models), the extruder is driven by an AC servo motor with a high quality reducer gearbox. High extrusion stability ensures consistent film thickness across the sheet. Additionally, the special design of the heating temperature control guarantees a steady melting point of the raw material. |
