360° OSCILLATING HAUL-OFF DEVICE
This device is designed to oscillate 360 degrees(horizontally)and distributes the thickness variations across the entire roll surface. Its reinforced structure design is able to maintain its rotating stability. in addition, the oscillating speed is controlled by inverter so the operator is able to adjust the speed according to his job. |

2 STATION WINDER WITH HIGH PLATFORM
The computer controlled fully automatic rewinder automatically cuts the film when it reaches the prescribed length. Next, a hydraulic arm unloads the film, making it ready to be moved to the next stage of production. An optional slitting unit can also be added on to the film rewinder. |

3-LAYER CO-EXTRUDERS AND DIE HEAD
All extruders are driven by AC servo motors. It is able to maintain stable screw speed and ensure constant thickness in the machine direction. All the core components are special designed as follow:
1. Screws geometry with unique surface treatment to extend their life cycle.
2. Unique material used on die head.
3. Air flow path for I.B.C. system. |
