FEATURES

Stack Type flexographic printing machine

Accessories include ceramic anilox rollers with doctor blade system, ink pumps, but without security door.

High speed printing machine suitable for half-tone shopping bag and T-shirt bag printing.

High speed printing registration system suitable for shopping bag and T-shirt bag printing.

Able to perform Printing on either a wide film roll or two narrow rolls.

Special characteristics:

Air clutch transmission gear allows faster printing registration.

Timing belt transmission minimizes noise during production and eliminates the problem of transmission gear being worn out over time.

A set of manual printing tension control is given as a standard accessory for optimal tension adjustments depending on film thickness.

Two side printing is achievable; a set of adjustment roller is provided for rapid alignment of printings on both sides.

Printing cylinders are fixed with hydraulics; hence the cylinders will not tremble due to printing pressure.

This will ensure high quality printing and prolong the lifetime of the clichés.

A sensor on the unwind section detects film breaking/ending and stops the machine automatically.

Each station is supplied with a stirring motor, which ensures that the ink will not get dried on the anilox rollers when the machine halts.

Doctor Blade Chamber

Scrapes off excessive ink from the anilox roller, which would therefore increase the printing quality.
Ink inside the chamber has no access with outside air which reduces consumption of solvents and production cost.
Extremely user-friendly; no tools are required for operating and maintenancing.
Specially formed rubber plates on both ends of the chamber to minimize leakage.

Video Scanning System (Optional Accessory)

Adopts a well known German brand ‘BST’ to obtain high resolution and stability.
Clearly catches printing registrations under high speed to ensure high quality printing and maximizes production capacity.
