FEATURES
This machine is automatically controlled by the computer completely. The user can operate it by the touch panel.
Operated by the computer monitor, it will stop the machine immediately whenever any abnormality occurs. The abnormal codes and solutions will be displayed on the touch panel. It helps to reduce the confusion of repair.
This machine can produce with the bag width between 150mm~500mm. It can produce 4 lines simultaneously with bag width under 250mm. Its utility and production efficiency are highly enhanced.

THE PUNCHING DEVICE
The punching unit can be moved by the manual valve with the bottom rails. It provides enough space for facilitating the repair and the maintenance of the sealing knife.
Equipped the wastage conveyor, it makes the wastage collection easier.
The 4 modules of independent punching knives help to save the consuming cost of the knives.
THE SEALING BAR DEVICE
The upper sealing bar is designed with a turn-over feature. It facilitates the maintenance and the repair.
The heat resistant cloth is wound for storage, and can be easily replaced by rewinding.
The shifting device is equipped for staggering the sealing lines and avoiding the overlapping and stickiness of them
